You’ll uncover your personal standards of integrity, learn tools for compassionate communication, and reflect deeply on how to bring your truest self into moments of tension.

Detailed Schedule

  • We begin by coming together in circle — a welcoming, heart-centered space where participants are invited to share what brings them to this space. The evening culminates in a cacao ceremony, a gentle and sacred experience that helps open the heart and soften the defenses we often hold around conflict. This night sets the tone for the weekend: honesty, courage, and openness to transformation.

  • Saturday is a deep dive into self-awareness and integrity. Through reflection, guided exercises, and group dialogue, participants explore their personal values — their standards of integrity — and how these shape their experience of conflict. The day blends teaching with quiet journaling and self-reflection, helping each person discover what peace looks like when lived authentically. The afternoon introduces new ways to see conflict as an opportunity for understanding and alignment rather than division.

  • On our final morning, we come together to integrate the insights of the weekend. Through shared reflection and a simple release ritual, participants let go of old stories and patterns that no longer serve them. We close the circle grounded in authenticity and clarity — connected to who we truly are and ready to meet life’s challenges with peace and integrity.

FAQs

  • Only what you feel comfortable sharing. You’re welcome to participate at your own pace. You will never be forced to share. Everything shared will be confidential. We believe that the more you share and participate, the more you will get out of the group.

That being said, there’s no pressure to share if you’re not ready. You’re welcome to listen and engage in whatever way feels right for you.

  • Participants may be navigating family tension, workplace disputes, divorce or custody struggles, conflicts with friends, or even internal conflict. The common thread is wanting to shift the emotional toll and find a healthier way to move forward.

It might be a current conflict, or an old conflict that still weighs heavily on you.

There is no right or wrong conflict to bring to this space. It could also be more than one. If conflict is interfering with your ability to live free from its burdens, then it is right for this group.

  • No. This group isn’t about analyzing or fixing the conflict from a legal standpoint. The focus will be on our own individual reactions, patterns, and possibilities—so you can regain a sense of agency.

  • Yes. This group is meant to complement—not replace—other kinds of support. If you’re in therapy or receiving legal counsel, this workshop may add a valuable layer of insight and reflection.

  • For your benefit and the benefit of the group we ask that you please commit to attending all of the sessions in their entirety. Otherwise, we cannot promise that you will get what you came for!
