Workplace conflict is hard.

The next step doesn’t have to be.

If you’re dealing with harassment, retaliation, discrimination, wage issues, hostile work environment or wrongful termination, I provide compassionate legal support so you can get clear, build a solid record, and decide what to do next—through a grounded, values-centered process.

See How it Works

This practice is focused on employees. I do not offer litigation representation.

I support employees who:

  • want to understand their legal rights and options

  • feel stuck at a decision point and don’t know what to do next

  • want to be heard without escalating the conflict

  • need help organizing the facts (timeline, evidence, narrative)

  • want guidance grounded in their values, integrity, and long-term life goals

You may be trying to stay and improve things, negotiate an exit, or move on and rebuild. We choose the path that fits your reality.

How it works

Built from 10+ years of employee advocacy, plus mediation and coaching training—this process helps you move through workplace conflict with clarity, integrity, and a steady plan.

  • A one-hour meeting to meet each other, learn basic facts, and provide an initial overview of options. You’ll leave with:

    • a clearer view of your options

    • a recommended next step

    • a sense of whether working together is the right fit

If we decide to work together, your $250 is credited toward the package.

  • This is a structured, values-based process designed to create clarity, build a strong record, and allow you space and clarity to choose the best next step for you.

    Phase 1: Values + Outcomes

    • 90-minute Values Session: clarify your standards of integrity, life intentions, and non-negotiables

    • 60-minute Outcomes Session (within ~1 week): define desired outcomes, “good enough,” and the decision points ahead

    Phase 2: Record Build (Investigation)

2–3 meetings to create a clean, organized record:

    • timeline of events

    • witnesses / key people

    • documents and evidence

    • your narrative (and the employer’s likely narrative)

    • Review of strengths and weaknesses of potential claims

Phase 3: Next Steps + Advocacy Decision

At least one meeting to discuss and choose the path forward through your values lens.

You’ll choose one of two tracks:

Track A — Letter Track (optional)
If a letter is the right next step, we’ll review a draft together. If you choose to send a letter, it’s included in this package.

    Track B — No-Letter Track
If you decide not to send a letter, you receive three additional 60-minute coaching sessions focused on moving forward (job transition support, boundaries, confidence, and avoiding repeat dynamics).

Between-session support is included throughout, but is intentionally limited so the work stays contained and sustainable.

    1. IF THE EMPLOYER RESPONDS. If the employer (or their lawyer) engages after a letter or communication I will be your representative for those discussions.

    2. COACHING-ONLY OPTION (no legal advice)

If no response is received or you choose not to send a letter you may continue working with me in a coaching relationship to work on rebuilding and moving forward after workplace conflict. Common topics include:

    • job transition support (clarity, confidence, momentum)

    • boundaries and communication skills

    • reducing rumination and regaining stability

    • conflict patterns so the same dynamic doesn’t repeat

No legal advice. No drafting. No employer contact.

Kind words from former clients

“I wish to share that I love Dave and Eleni’s “wayness” of being attorneys. They both expressed genuine kindness and thoughtfulness as human beings in the process. More than I can express here, I appreciate both of them greatly, and I am blessed to have experienced this exercise in the human condition being represented by the two of them. It gives me hope for mankind that even those in powerful positions on this earth can be compassionate and caring for those who are in need of assistance and guidance as I was.”

— James F.

“Lawyers with a heart!! My experience working with the Albrechta’s was fantastic! They are prompt, knowledgable, and they could easily explain things to me in away I understood. I felt like they had my best interests at heart! Overall, I would recommend them to any of my friends and family!”

— Christina F.

“David was exceptionally helpful and professional during all our interactions. He was able to clearly explain legal concepts related to my case, and help me to navigate the decisions related to my case and the legal process in general. Beyond his professionalism and knowledge, David was compassionate and understanding - qualities that I did not expect to find when engaging with an attorney. Should I ever require legal services in the future, I will absolutely work with David and his team again.”
