Workplace Integrity + Advocacy Package

A structured, values-based path forward for employees navigating workplace conflict—without unnecessary escalation.

After representing employees for over 10 years, along with mediation and coaching training, I’ve merged that experience into a clear package that helps you make values-aligned, informed decisions about how to handle conflict at work.

If you’re dealing with harassment, retaliation, discrimination, wage issues, or a termination/resignation, this process helps you get clear, build a solid record, and choose a next step you can stand behind.

Start Here: Workplace Clarity Session

60 minutes — $250

This is the first step for everyone. We’ll get grounded in what’s happening and what matters most. You’ll leave with:

  • a clearer view of your options

  • a recommended next step

  • a sense of whether working together makes sense

If we decide to move forward, your $250 is credited toward the package.

The Workplace Integrity + Advocacy Package

$3,000 flat fee ($2,750 with clarity session credit applied)

This package is designed to be structured and contained—so you get real support without the legal process (or lawyers) taking over your life.

What’s Included

Phase 1: Values + Desired Outcomes

Meeting 1 (90 minutes): Values Session
I guide you through a process to clarify your:

  • standards of integrity (how you want to show up and move through this)

  • life intentions (what you want your life to be about beyond this conflict)

  • overview of the challenges and opportunities you are facing

Meeting 2 (60 minutes | within ~1 week): Outcomes Session
We define:

  • review everything from previous meeting

  • desired outcome(s) given your values

  • what “good enough” looks like

  • decision points ahead and what matters most as you move forward

Phase 2: Record Build

2–3 meetings (60 minutes each)
I support you to build a clean, organized record so you’re not making decisions from confusion or overwhelm:

  • timeline of events

  • key people / witnesses

  • inventory of documents and evidence

  • your narrative (and the employer’s likely narrative)

Phase 3: Next Steps + Advocacy Decision

1-2 meetings (60 minutes each)
Next Steps Planning
We decide the best path forward through the values lens created in Phase 1. Options may include:

  • a letter sent by me on your behalf

  • you communicating directly, with my background coaching

  • choosing not to reach out and focusing on moving forward

Choose your track:

Track A — Letter Track (optional)
If a letter is the right next step, we’ll review a draft together. If you choose to send a letter, it’s included in the package.

Track B — No-Letter Track
If you decide not to send a letter, you receive three additional 60-minute coaching sessions focused on moving forward (job transition support, boundaries, confidence, and reducing repeat dynamics).

  • Coaching support for confident next steps, whether you stay, exit, or move on

  • Not an “on-call” or open-ended representation arrangement

  • No guaranteed outcome

Timing and responsiveness

  • Meetings are scheduled by mutual availability

  • Between-session responses are typically within 2 business days

  • If you have urgent deadlines (e.g., a severance deadline), you must flag them early so we can decide whether the package timeline fits

Add Ons:

If the Employer Responds: Negotiation Support (Retainer + Hourly)

If the employer or their lawyer engages after a letter or communication, the number of back-and-forths and overall timeline are unpredictable.

For that phase, services shift to:
$3,000 retainer + $300/hour

Typical work may include:

  • strategy sessions at key decision points

  • review of employer communications and guidance on response

  • drafting counterproposals and settlement terms (as applicable)

  • counsel on offers, tradeoffs, and boundaries

Fee boundaries:

  • I will notify you as fees approach the retainer amount and will not exceed it without your approval

  • If the retainer balance drops below $750, you agree to replenish

Not included: litigation services and formal court processes.

Coaching-only option (no legal advice)

If you want support moving forward without legal services:

Beyond the Conflict Coaching

$400/month — two 60-minute coaching sessions

Coaching only—focused on rebuilding after workplace conflict:

  • job transition support (clarity, confidence, momentum)

  • boundaries and communication skills

  • reducing rumination and regaining stability

  • conflict patterns so the same dynamic doesn’t repeat

No legal advice. No drafting. No employer contact.

If you’re stuck and want a calm, structured path forward, start with a Clarity Session.
