Conflict Counseling

Support for Navigating Conflict with Clarity and Confidence

At Aspen Grove Integrative Law, we understand that not every conflict needs a courtroom — and not every solution comes from confrontation. Sometimes, what people need most is a safe space to process what’s happening, gain clarity, and build the tools to move forward intentionally. That’s where Conflict Counseling comes in.

Whether you’re dealing with a difficult situation at work, in a business partnership, or in your personal life, we offer one-on-one support designed to help you respond — not react.

What Is Conflict Counseling?

Conflict Counseling (sometimes called conflict coaching) is a collaborative, supportive process for individuals who are experiencing conflict and want help understanding their options, processing their emotions, and developing practical strategies for moving forward.

It’s not therapy, and it’s not about preparing for a fight — it’s about creating space to reflect, learn, and grow through the challenge.

This Service May Be Right for You If:

  • You’re in a conflict but aren’t sure how to respond.

  • The other party isn’t open to mediation or communication right now.

  • You want help understanding your legal rights and your personal goals.

  • You’re feeling overwhelmed or stuck and want to find a constructive way forward.

  • You want to build your own skills in communication, emotional regulation, or boundary-setting.

What We Offer:

  • A confidential space to talk through your situation.

  • Practical tools for handling conflict more mindfully and effectively.

  • Guidance on your legal options (when relevant), so you can make informed decisions.

  • Support in aligning your response with your values and long-term goals.

  • The option to remain self-represented or pursue resolution without formal legal action.

Our Approach:

We take an integrative, human-centered approach that blends legal knowledge with emotional intelligence and conflict resolution techniques. Our goal is to empower you — not to take over the conflict, but to help you navigate it with strength, clarity, and purpose.

Cost:

Conflict Counseling is typically offered as a one-hour session for a flat fee of $250. Ongoing sessions may be available, depending on your needs.
